About Us

Back in 2011, just 11 years ago, our young founder started her tailoring roots when she interned at a small neighborhood clothing design and alteration shop. She took the skills she had learnt to repair soft toys of her own, gradually moving up to repair the soft toys of friends, classmates, then referrals from the neighborhood.

After being lovingly called "Kyo the Soft Toy Doctor" for many years, we finally registered the business under a new branding - Plushie Hospital SG in 2019, as our customers had begun to reach far and wide and it became near impossible to keep track of who's a referral of who.

We thank all our treasured customers and friends who have stood by us as we grew through the years; as we continue to perfect our craft year after year to breathe life back into the hearts of all our treasured friends, for many more years and adventures to come.

We have gone far since our humble beginnings, and we are glad and honored to be still in service today.
